General Fund Donation: Provides needed revenue to subsidize the operation of Hamakom.
High Holy Days Appeal: Annual appeal that greatly supports Hamakom's operations.

Discretionary Funds

Yahrzeit

Yahrzeit Donation: A charitable contribution made in memory of a deceased loved one.

Groups

Abayudaya Fund: Supports Rabbi Gershom Sizomu and the Jewish community in Uganda.
Men’s Club: Fundraising proceeds to Men's Club support their work for the Hamakom community.
Sisterhood: Fundraising proceeds to Sisterhood support their work for the Hamakom community.
Jewish Youth Network / USY: Supports Hamakom youth group programming.
Community of Caring: Provides support to our congregants in times of need.
Social Action: Supports community social action programs and outreach.

Education Funds

Goldberg Youth Scholarship Fund: Provides scholarships to send children and teens to Jewish summer camps and Israel trips.
Melcher Education Fund: Provides funds for Early Childhood Center programs.
Religious School / JLC: Assists in operating funds to support overall expenses in the JLC (Jewish Learning Center).

Designated Funds

Kiddush Fund: Provides funds to enable Hamakom to serve a community meal each Shabbat following services.
Israel Support: Provides funds to present programs for Yom Hashoah, Yom Haazmaoot , and many other programs about Israel.
Creative Arts: Provides funds to present a variety of musical and inspirational programs throughout the year.

Other Funds

Hamakom has a number of funds other than the ones listed above.
