The Importance of Pro-Israel Politics

We will be joined by AIPAC Regional Political Engagement Director Quentin Ozeri and AIPAC Los Angeles Director Jake Steinberg for an exclusive briefing and a timely discussion about pro-Israel political action.

Jake Steinberg is AIPAC’s Los Angeles Director. Jake has a degree in History from UCLA where his studies were specifically focused on the Middle East. His advocacy for Israel began in 2014, in the wake of Operation Protective Edge, after his brother, Sgt. Max Steinberg from Woodland Hills, lost his life serving in the IDF. Jake joined the professional staff at AIPAC in 2016 and currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife Sarah.

Quentin Ozeri is AIPAC’s Southern Pacific Political Engagement Director. Born and raised in small town Iowa, his political involvement started at a young age in the marriage equality movement. During his college years, Quentin discovered his Jewish ancestry with a DNA test and quickly embraced his Jewish identify by getting involved in Hillel at the University of Iowa where he earned his degree in Political Science. After a transformative experience with Birthright Israel, Quentin made the decision to dedicate his life to Israel and the Jewish people and has not looked back. After his undergrad studies, Quentin worked for A Wider Bridge in New York and then JNF in Los Angeles. He finally landed his dream job at AIPAC in 2022. Quentin is a proud Jew and passionate Zionist who builds Jewish community wherever he can. He currently lives in Woodland Hills with his Israeli husband.
