HIGH HOLY DAY PARKING
There are three options: Hamakom parking lot (parking pass required), offsite lot with shuttle (parking pass required), and neighborhood. See below for information regarding disabled parking.
HAMAKOM PARKING LOT
Please note that parking in the Synagogue lot is limited. One parking pass will be issued per household and mailed out with your High Holy Day tickets this week.
Please note that parking in our synagogue lot is available on a first-come, first-served basis. To enter the lot, the gates on both sides of our security booth will serve as entrances on Rosh Hashanah. Please be mindful of pedestrians and pay attention to instructions from our security and parking personnel and dedicated volunteers who are present for your safety.
OFFSITE LOT
Once the Hamakom parking lot is full, additional parking for Rosh Hashanah will be available at our satellite lot at West Hills Baseball, located at 7001 Valley Circle Boulevard. The City is generously providing a shuttle service between the satellite lot and Hamakom, and members of our security team will be present there. Security and parking personnel will be on hand to guide and assist you.
NEIGHBORHOOD PARKING
Congregants are encouraged to park in the neighborhood if able to walk; please consider parking on Stonegate Drive west of Valley Circle Blvd, Atherton Lane (east side) north of Stonegate Drive and Clarington Drive (both sides) east of Atherton Lane. The pedestrian gate to access campus will be located on Valley Circle between Stonegate and the driveway. If walking, please do not enter via the driveway. Please do NOT park on Valley Circle Blvd., in red zones or in front of fire hydrants, in front of driveways or within 20 feet of a crosswalk.
ASSISTANCE FOR DISABLED OR ELDERLY GUESTS
If you need assistance, please park in the Hamakom parking lot. The three handicapped spots in front of the main synagogue doors will be used as a drop-off zone for those congregants needing assistance.
For elderly or disabled members coming alone, valet will be on hand to park your vehicle after drop-off. For those elderly or disabled members able to drop off loved ones and self-park, you will be guided to suitable parking. Please follow the instructions of our parking attendants as certain areas of the parking lot will be stack-parked to maximize our capacity.
LYFT AND UBER DROP-OFF
Members using LYFT and UBER should proceed to the drop-off in front of the building as described above and exit via the roundabout and gate onto Indian Hill Lane.
EXITING THE HAMAKOM PARKING LOT
During services, traffic will exit to the south from the gate on Indian Hill Lane only. At the end of services, exit will be from both the main exit and the Indian Hill exit.
